When you submit an inquiry, we save your contact details, company, selected industry and product, mailing address if supplied, and the message you provide. This is used to review your business needs, respond to the inquiry, and manage the relationship in our private company workspace.

Email updates are your choice.

The marketing checkbox is optional and off by default. Selecting it records your consent for product updates and growth-related email. An inquiry without opt-in is not added to a marketing subscriber export. Campaigns in this build are drafts; email delivery has not been connected.

The free Alma AI for Business book is different: its download is released after a work email and explicit agreement to receive Prestige Web Experts product and growth messages are submitted. That consent, its source and timestamp are recorded with the book request; you can ask to withdraw consent at any time.

Private means private.

Customer requests are visible to the signed-in customer who created them and authorized company administrators. Public portal demos use fictional sample information, not customer records. The site uses a session cookie for secure sign-in.

Prospecting data is separate from permission to market.

Inquiries are linked to the private CRM. Only specifically approved CRM team accounts can access contact records and Apollo prospect sourcing. Apollo data can include public professional profiles and, after an explicit business-data enrichment request, a work email. Importing a prospect does not establish marketing consent or automatically send a message. Personal-email, mobile-number and waterfall requests are not enabled in this integration.

Payments stay on Stripe.

Purchases and recurring subscriptions use Stripe-hosted checkout. We store account-linked order and subscription identifiers to confirm payment and manage product access. Card numbers, security codes and expiry dates are not collected or stored by this website. Billing records are private to their purchaser and authorized company operators.

Keep sensitive details out of the form.

Do not submit passwords, payment information, medical information or other sensitive personal data. For access, correction, deletion or consent withdrawal, use the inquiry form and describe your request; the company team can review it. Contact and legal-policy publication details are provided through the business’s approved launch materials; this page does not invent a separate legal contact.
