ICP & business fit

TERRITORY & CAPACITY REVIEW OPEN
Run a focused account-prescoping pilot before your team spends another quarter calling companies that cannot make a positive customer-return case for what you sell.
Exclusive territory may be available. Prestige reviews capacity, conflict and buyer fit before accepting a pilot. A deposit puts your application into review; it does not reserve exclusivity.
This is not a volume-of-activity retainer. The pilot is a defined account decision system for high-ticket B2B sellers. Prestige continues the agreed managed work beyond the initial 30-day launch period until the 5/5 meeting commitment is met, subject to the inputs, approvals, access and scheduling process you agree to provide.
A qualifying meeting is accepted on the calendar by a relevant decision-maker tied to a named account with evidence across the six checks. The commitment is 5 at 8/10+ and 5 at 6.5–7.9/10. A no-show, sale, customer purchase or revenue outcome is not guaranteed.
Every opportunity is tested in this order. A strong ICP match cannot skip a weak return case, an implementation problem or an absent buying window.
Is this the kind of customer the seller is equipped to help?
Can current evidence support money made, money saved or time saved after full costs?
Can the solution actually be implemented in the buyer’s environment?
Is there a credible commercial reason to consider a change?
Is there evidence of a buying window rather than a generic profile match?
Who has to care, and what account-specific reason earns the conversation?
Each account is treated as a sales decision: what it could change for the buyer, what has to be true technically, who must care, what timing evidence exists, and what is still unknown.

Set ICP, value metrics, full costs, technical requirements, territory and the evidence standard with your team.
After acceptance and calibration, Prestige researches and scores named account opportunities against the agreed evidence model.
Day 1 begins after Prestige accepts the application and calibration is complete. The pilot has to start with agreed customer-return metrics, evidence sources and the accounts or export to evaluate.
Direct terms protect both teams: price, counted output, territory decision and the remedy are visible before payment.
The $2,000 application deposit is credited to the $5,000 total only after Prestige accepts the pilot.
If Prestige declines the application, the deposit is refunded in full.
The remaining $3,000 is due after acceptance and calibration, before pilot delivery begins.
A qualifying meeting is accepted on the calendar by a relevant decision-maker tied to a named account with evidence across the six checks. The commitment is five meetings at 8.0/10 or above and five at 6.5/10 through 7.9/10. A no-show, sale, purchase or revenue outcome is not guaranteed.
If Prestige does not deliver the 10 qualified meetings in the 5/5 score split during the initial 30-day launch period, Prestige continues the agreed managed work at no additional management fee until the commitment is met, subject to timely buyer inputs, approvals, access and a usable scheduling process.
Territory availability is reviewed by capacity and territory. A deposit puts an application into review; it does not award or reserve exclusivity.
We will assess the offer, typical deal size, buyer, territory and starting scope. If the pilot is not a fit, Prestige declines it and refunds the application deposit in full.

No. It puts a saved application into paid review. Prestige reviews capacity, conflict and buyer fit before accepting a pilot or confirming any exclusive-territory arrangement.
A calendar-accepted meeting with a relevant decision-maker tied to a named account evaluated against the six documented checks. The commitment is five meetings at 8.0/10+ and five at 6.5–7.9/10. A no-show, sale or customer result is not guaranteed.
Yes, through a managed export review. Prestige first checks data, evidence depth, economics, territory and volume. It is not a one-click public CRM scan.
After Prestige accepts the pilot and the calibration inputs are complete. It is the initial launch period. Prestige continues the agreed managed work beyond that period until the 5/5 qualified-meeting commitment is met, subject to timely buyer inputs, approvals, access and usable scheduling.
